PTC India - Outcome Of Board Meeting

PTC India Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 26, 2007, inter alia, has passed the following resolution:that requirement of funds for expansion of Companys existing business to the extent of Rs 1200 crores be agreed to and is recommended to the next AGM for necessary enhancement of equity base.
