Zuari Industries - Outcome Of Board Meeting

Zuari Industries Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 12, 2007, inter alia, has approved the increase the remuneration payable to Mr. H S Bawa, Managing Director of the Company effective April 01, 2007, in exercise of the aforesaid authority given by the members.
