Lotte India - Outcome Of Board Meeting

Lotte India Corporation Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2007, inter alia, has approved the proposal for the Rights Issue subject to the necessary regulatory approvals and the consent of shareholders. The issue price per equity share and the ratio for the proposed Rights Issue would be decided subsequently.
