Triton Corp Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 22, 2007, has considered & approved the investment in M/s West Talk Corporate Ltd and M/s New Beginnings Finance Ltd based on London U.K. by way of purchase of their 100% and 80% equity capital from their existing shareholders respectively.
