R Systems International Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 23, 2007, inter alia, has unanimously approved the following:1. Repayment of the outstanding amount of external commercial borrowings obtained from the wholly owned subsidiary R Systems (Singapore) Pte. Ltd during July 2003 to October 2003 amounting to USD 340,000.2. Investment on conversion of warrants or surrender of rights under the warrants heldby the Company in VantageMed Corporation.
