Sunflag Iron & Steel Company Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 21, 2007, has considered and accepted the resignation tendered by Mr. D B Moharil, Whole-time Director of the Company and has appointed Mr. S K Gupta as an Additional Director, named as an Executive Director of the Company and also as an Occupier under the Factories Act, 1948.Further the Company has informed that, for consideration / approval of the Un-audited / Audited Financial Results for the Quarter / Year ended March 31, 2007, the Board of Director of the Company has adjourned the meeting and now, the same will be held on May 29, 2007.1. To consider the Unaudited / Audited Financial Results for the Quarter / Year ended March 31, 2007 and 2. To consider the recommendation of Dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2007.
