Oswal Agro - Outcome Of Board Meeting

Oswal Agro Mills Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 19, 2007, inter alia, has appointed Mr. Anil Bhalla and Mr. Balraj Kumar as new directors on the Board of Company w.e.f. May 19, 2007.Further the Company has informed that, Mr. R K Singhania, Director on the Board of the Company ceased to be a Director of the Company with effect from the same date.
