SPEL Semiconductor - Outcome Of Board Meeting
SPEL Semiconductor Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 26, 2007 has decided to defer the Shifting of Registered Office from MAC House, 4 Sardar Patel Road, Guindy, Chennai to 5 CMDA Industrial Estate, Maraimalai Nagar.
