CCS Infotech - Outcome Of EGM

CCS Infotech Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 21, 2007, has appointed M/s. S. Baskaran & Co., Chennai as Auditor of the Company, consequent resignation given by M. Raja & Associates. The Board also authorized Mr. Hasan Abdul Khadar, Managing Director of the Company to issue notice for convening of the EGM.
