Marico - Outcome of Board Meeting

Marico Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 18, 2007, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:1. Appointment of M/s. Price Waterhouse, Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2007-08, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.M/s. Price Waterhouse have been appointed in place of M/s. RSM & Co., the existing Statutory Auditors, who have not offered themselves for re-appointment due to the merger of their professional service practice with M/s. Price WaterhouseCoopers.
