Amtek Auto - Outcome Of Allotment Committee Meeting

Amtek Auto Ltd has informed that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held May 21, 2007, has allotted 2,394,485 equity shares at Rs 209.83/- per share upon the conversion of FCCBs of USD 11.50 million.
