Kovalam Investment - Outcome Of Board Meeting

Kovalam Investment & Trading Company Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held May 04, 2007, has decided to seek the share holders approval for delisting of its shares from the Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. The Extra ordinary General Meeting of the Company shall be held on May 28, 2007 for this purpose.
