Advanta India - Outcome Of Board Meeting

Advanta India Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2007, inter alia, has taken following decisions:1. The Address of Corporate office of the Company is changed to 203, 2nd Floor, Bhuvana Towers, S D Road, Secunderabad.2. The Registered Office of the Company is changed to ARS, Koppa Road, Begur Post, Bangalore.Further the Company has informed that, In the year 2006 the Company changed its accounting year from April March to January - December to align with its subsidiarys accounting year, hence from this year its accounting year will start from January 2007 and end on December 31, 2007.The Company will publish its half yearly results in the month of July for the half year ended June 30, 2007.
