Financial Eyes - Outcome Of Board Meeting

Financial Eyes India Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 16, 2007, has appointed Mr. Mukund Sharan as a director of the Company to fill casual vacancy under Section 262 of Companies Act, 1956 arised due to death of Mr. Samba Siva Saraban, Whole Time Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Mukund Sharan will be a director of the Company w.e.f. May 16, 2007.
