Balaji Telefilms - Outcome Of Board Meeting

Balaji Telefilms Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 16, 2007, inter alia, has transacted the following:- The Board had recommended the interim dividend of Rs 3.50 per share (175% on par value of Rs 2 per share) declared on March 13, 2007, on fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 2 each, aggregating to Rs 307.67 Mn including dividend distribution tax, as the final dividend.
