R Systems International Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 05, 2007, inter alia, has unanimously adopted and approved for making the requisite investment on acquisition of land & development thereon of up to 1 acre in the vicinity of the Companys Pune office, for setting up of a new development centre and / or expansion of the existing development centre at Pune.
