GEI Hamon - Outcome Of CoD Meeting

GEI Hamon Industries Ltd has informed that the meeting of the Committee of Directors (CoD) of the Company held on March 31, 2007, has allotted 248000 equity shares of the Company to Mr. C E Fernades, on account of conversion of 248000 Warrants out of 255000 warrants allotted to him on April 24, 2006.
