New Bombay Printing & Dyeing Mills Ltd has informed that the members at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on April 07, 2007, by way of postal ballot, have given consent to the said special resolution entrusting / transferring / assigning the management control of the Company to Mr. Narenderjit Singh.
