Nettlinx - Outcome Of Board Meeting

Nettlinx Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 09, 2007, inter alia, has allotted Convertible Warrants @ Rs 30/- each to be converted into One Equity Share of Rs 10/ each at a premium of Rs 20/-. The following allottees of warrants have paid 10% of the warrant amount to the Company and the same is hence approved:1. Dr. Manohar Loka Reddy (Promoter): 11,00,000 No. of Warrants2. Sri. India Emerging Infrastructure Pvt Ltd: (Non-Promoter): 5,00,000 No. of Warrants
