Mediaone Global Entertainment Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 11, 2007 has taken the following decisions:1. Preferential Issue of 20 lakhs Convertible Coupons / warrants for a sum of Rs 12 Crores, convertible within 12 months at a fixed value of Rs 10/- at a premium of Rs 50/- per share to M/s. Rollmar Ltd, London.2. To increase authorized Capital from Rs 1 Crore to Rs 5 Crores.3. To alter Capital clause of the Memorandum and Articles of Association.
