Ahluwalia Contracts India Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 30, 2007, has approved re-appointment and remuneration of Sh. Bikramjit Ahluwalia, as Managing Director, Sh. Shobhit Uppal, as Dy. Managing Director, Smt. Sudershan Walia, as Whole Time Director and Sh. Vikaas Ahluwlia as Whole Time Director of the Company for period of 5 years with effect from April 01, 2007 to March 31, 2012 as recommended by the Remuneration Committee and subject to the approval of the members of the Company.
