Tirupati Foam - Outcome Of EGM

Tirupati Foam Ltd has informed that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on February 27, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following:1. Increase in the Authorised Share Capital of the Company from Rs 4,00,00,000/- divided into 40,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to Rs 4,60,00,000/- divided into 46,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each and consequential amendments in the Memorandum of Association of the Company.2. Alteration in the Articles of Association of the Company by adding Article 3(i) after Article 3:Article 3(i) : Subject to the applicable provisions, the Company shall have the power to issue, offer and allot Equity Warrants on such terms and conditions as may be deemed fit by the Board of Directors.
