Jaybharat Textiles & Real Estate Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 01, 2007 has considered and approved the following:1. The Board approved the draft resolution u/s 372A for Investments, 81(1A) for further issue of securities, 97 and 31 for increase in authorized share capital of the Company.2. The Board decided to convey Extra Ordinary General Meeting on March 26, 2007.3. The Board approved the draft Notice of Extra Ordinary General Meeting to be held on March 26, 2007.
