Nam Credit & Investment Consultants Ltd has informed that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on March 01, 2007, it was properly convened & constituted. The chairman Placed before the meeting item of agenda for shareholders approval. However, the motions could not be passed due to want of requisite majority in favour of motions. Therefore, all motions were failed & could not be passed at the meeting.
