Madhav Marbles - Outcome Of EGM

Madhav Marbles & Granites Ltd has informed that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on March 10, 2007, have approved the proposed change in the name of the Company and revert back to the original name of the Company from Maadhav Granite and Realty Ltd to Madhav Marbles and Granites Ltd.Further the Company has informed that, the Company is approaching for obtaining approval of Central Government through Registrar of Companies, Rajasthan and relevant certificates from the Registrar of Companies Rajasthan for change in the name of the Company to Madhav Marbles and Granites Ltd.
