Centrum Capital Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on March 10, 2007 has allotted 8,54,600 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 234/- per shares to M/s. Churu Trading Company Pvt Ltd on preferential basis.
