Info Edge India Ltd has informed that the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on March 26, 2007 to transact the following business: To create, offer, issue, transfer and allot at any time to or to the benefit of such person(s) who are in permanent employment of the Company, including any Director of the Company, whether-whole time or otherwise, through the Info Edge Employee Stock Option Plan Trust (Trust0), options exercisable into not more than 17,00,000 equity shares of the Company of face value Rs 10 each, under one or more employee stock option schemes in one or more tranches and on such terms and conditions as may be fixed or determined
