Ceenik Exports India Ltd has informed that an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on March 17, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:1. Reappointment of Mr. Narain N Hingorani as Managing Director of the Company for a period of five years with effect from July 01, 2006 on remuneration, terms and conditions.2. Commencement of and carrying on by the Company, of all or any of the business and activities specified in sub-Clauses 50 and 55 of Clause III C of the Memorandum of Association of the Company in such manner as may be deemed fit by the Board of Directors of the Company.
