Vardhman Industries Ltd has informed that the members at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on January 31, 2007 have accorded the commencement by the Company itself or in collaboration or partnership with any individual, firm or Company, of the business, as contained in Sub-Clause (27 (a) to (h)) of clause III C of the Memorandum of the Association of the Company.
