Kovilpatti Lakshmi - Outcome Of Board Meeting
Kovilpatti Lakshmi Roller Flour Mills Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 24, 2007, inter alia, has approved for the merger of the subsidiary Company M/s. Eltex Super Castings Ltd., subject to required approvals.
