SMZS Chemicals Ltd has informed that the members at the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on December 29, 2006, inter alia, have accorded the following:1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet of the Company as at June 30, 2006, and the Profit and Loss Account for the 15 month period ended as on that date together with the Directors Report attached thereto and the Auditors Report thereon.2. Re-appointment of Mr. Domnic M Gonsalves as a director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.3. Reappointment of M/s. Chaturvedi & Shah, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai, as Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company on remuneration, terms and conditions.
