Easun Reyrolle - EGM On Feb 28, 2007

Easun Reyrolle Ltd has informed that an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on February 28, 2007, to create, issue, offer upto 3,30,000 warrants convertible into 3,30,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs 10 each at a price to be determined in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000 (SEBI Guidelines) as in force and which can be convertible into equity shares within a period of not exceeding eighteen months from the date of allotment of Equity Warrants in accordance with SEBI Guidelines to the Indian promoters and their associates on preferential basis, subject to necessary provisions and approvals.
