Satra Properties - Board Meeting On Feb 22, 2007

Satra Properties India Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 22, 2007, inter alia, consider the following business.1. To consider taking approval of the shareholders of the Company and passing the necessary resolution U/s 81 (1A) and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 or any other applicable law in force, for raising resources in the Company by way of placements through Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) or Preferential Allotment to Mutual Funds, Banks, Financial Institutions, Foreign Institutional Investors and other investors including promoters etc. or Follow on Public Issue or Foreign issue of Equity shares, Convertible Debentures or any other instrument, or any combination of the above.2. To consider the appointment of Merchant Banker/(s) for raising resources through any of the above means.
