Interface Financial - Board Meeting On Feb 19, 2007

Interface Financial Services Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 19, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:1. To appoint Mr. Shailendra Nahar and Mr. Shivdayal Purohit as Branch Executives for Mumbai Office.2. To open two current accounts with Fort Branch of HDFC Bank Ltd. and authorize Branch Executives to operate the same.3. To open a Depository Account with Mehta Equities Ltd and authorize Branch Executives to operate the same.4. To open a Depository Account with Citibank N.A. and authorize Branch Executives to operate the same.5. To take on lease a office in Mumbai at Marve Road, Malad (West), Mumbai and authorize Branch Executives to finalise the same.6. To undertake extending loan to various persons including HUF and/or Companies against marketable approved securities and finalise standard draft of the loan agreement as well as authorize the Branch Executives to execute the same on behalf of the Company.
