Kerala Ayurveda - Outcome Of Board Meeting

Kerala Ayurveda Pharmacy Ltd has informed about the following:1. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 23, 2007 has approved, by circular resolution, to establish a wholly owned subsidiary in Germany and which is proposed to be named KatraSoft Europe Gmbh. The WoS in Germany will help the Company in tapping the healthcare related software business in Europe.2. The Company had held an Extraordinary General Meeting on January 31, 2007, which approved the change of name from M/s. Kerala Ayurveda Pharmacy Ltd to M/s. Kerala Ayurveda Ltd. Subsequently, the Company had approached the Registrar of Companies, Kerala and has obtained a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon the change of name, which is with effect from February 06, 2007.
