GTL Infrastructure Ltd has informed that the Committee of Board at its meeting held on February 23, 2007, has considered & approved the following:1. Allotment of 542,500 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each for cash at par, upon conversion of options under Employees Stock Options Scheme 2005.2. Allotment of 94,134 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each for cash at par, in terms of the Offer Document of GTL Ltd and Scheme of Arrangement & Reconstruction approved by the Honble High Court of Judicature at Bombay, consequent upon the exercise of right to convert FCCBs worth Swiss Francs (SFr.) 25,242.62.
