RPG Cables - Outcome Of Board Meeting

RPG Cables Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 31, 2007, inter alia, has transacted the following:1. Subject to the necessary approvals, convertible debentures to be issued to Deutsche Bank AG or its affiliates for an amount not exceeding Rs 132 crores on preferential allotment basis.2. Subject to the necessary approvals, warrants / equity shares be issued to Promoters and their associates for an amount not exceeding Rs 21 crores on preferential allotment basis.3. Extra Ordinary General Meeting will be held on February 27, 2007 to consider the above preferential allotments.
