Jai Mata Glass Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2007, inter alia, has transacted the following:1. Decided, subject to requisite approvals and permissions, increase in the monthly remuneration of the Managing Director.2. Convene a meeting of the shareholders of the Company for considering modification in borrowing powers of the Company and creation of charge on assets of the Company, in terms of the provisions of sections 293 (1)(d) and 293 (1)(a) of the Companies Act,1956.
