Usher Agro Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 05, 2008, inter alia, has declared an Interim Dividend at the rate of 2.5% i.e. Re 0.25 per equity share of the face value of Rs 10 each to the Shareholders of the Company for the financial year ending June 30, 2009.
