With reference to the earlier announcement dated November 18, 2008 regarding the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 28, 2008, to take on record the consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter / six months ended September 30, 2008, Tata Steel Ltd has now informed that due to the unprecedented situation in Mumbai on that date, the above Board Meeting could not be held.Further the Company has informed that, the Company shall inform the rescheduled date of the Board Meeting in due course.
