Nettlinx Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 15, 2008, inter alia, have reconsidered their decision regarding amalgamation scheme of M/s. My Guru Online Ltd with M/s. Nettlinx Ltd. The directors RESOLVED, on technical grounds, to drop and not to pursue the Scheme of Amalgamation of M/s. My Guru Online Ltd, with M/s Nettlinx Ltd.The Directors have authorized Mr. N Vijaya Bhasker Reddy, Executive Director to explore the possibilities of investing into M/s. My Guru Online Ltd.
