With reference to the earlier announcement dated December 02, 2008 regarding the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 12, 2008 to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial period ended September 30, 2008 (18 months) and recommendation of dividend, if any, Mawana Sugars Ltd has now informed that due to some unavoidable circumstances the above said meeting has been cancelled.
