The board of IT People India has approved the scheme of amalgamation of Orient Information Technology and the company with effect from 05 December 2008. The scheme will become effective with effect from 01 April 2007, which is the appointed date.p> Further, the board has approved the consolidated accounts for the year 2007-08 on merger of Orient Information Technology with the company.This was approved at the board meeting held on 05 December 2008.
