Hotel Rugby Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 09, 2008, inter alia, to extend the Current Accounting year of the Company from December 31, 2008 to March 31, 2009 and accordingly the current Accounting Year of the Company will be of 15 months from January 01, 2008 to March 31, 2009.
