Gremach Infrastructure Equipments & Projects Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 19, 2008, has discussed the various options available for raising the fund including the proposal of Right Issue. Board has concluded that, looking to the present market conditions, the proposal to come out with the right issue has been dropped.
