Caplin Point Laboratories Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 13, 2008 to take on record the order dated September 25, 2008 of the Honble High Court of Judicature of Madras sanctioning the scheme of Amalgamation of Malind Laboratories Pvt. Ltd (Transferor Company) with Caplin Point Laboratories Ltd (Transferee Company) with effect from April 01, 2007.Accordingly the Board of Directors of the Company considered and approved the allotment of 21 shares of Rs 10/- each of the Company to the shareholders of the Transferor Company for every 1 share held by them in the Transferor Company.
