Asian Paints Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 07, 2008, inter alia, has approved the reappointment of Shri Ashwin Choksi as Executive Chairman, Shri Ashwin Dani as Vice Chairman and Managing Director and Shri Abhay Vakil as Managing Director of the Company with effect from December 18, 2008 to March 31, 2009, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
