Vishnu Chemicals Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2008, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:
- Appointment of Sri. Bajrang Lal Bajaj as Director of the Company in place of Mr. M Radha Krishna Murthy who has been withdrawn himself from the proposal of appointment of Director.
- Appointment of Sri. Bajrang Lal Bajaj as Director of the Company in place of Mr. M Radha Krishna Murthy who has been withdrawn himself from the proposal of appointment of Director.
