Pioneer Embroideries Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 29, 2008, inter alia, to consider the following:
1. To consider and approve the draft Annual Accounts for the period ended September 30, 2008 (from April 01, 2007 to September 30, 2008).
2. To review the CDR proposal as submitted to CDR cell and lenders.
3. To Consider the Draft of Directors report for the period ended September 30, 2008.
4. To consider and approve the Book Closure dates.
5. To consider and approve the draft Notice convening the 16th Annual General Meeting of Members of the Company.
