Nirma Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 22, 2008, has decided to alter, subject to approval of the members of the Company, the Object Clause of Memorandum of Association of Company by addition of manufacturing/ producing cement and cement products object in the other objects.
